Where can I find a good anime store?

I am really in need of a good shop that sells Japanese manga, anime, cosplay and San Jose, California. I already checked Nikaku Japanese Arts, where he has just old posters of anime, manga and magazines and anime V, which does not exist in my area. Also, I can not go anywhere that is too far (about 3-5 hours) to get there, like San Francisco or Los Angeles. Or maybe you could give me a site where the costumes are $ 100.
